separate accounts to be managed by one or more account holders (i.e. managers).

IBUTOKA. be liable and/or liable for any loss arising from the use of the IBUTOKA PAMM
program.
The Company cannot guarantee the accuracy of any PAMM Manager's performance and/or results even
if the Company has made every reasonable effort to ensure correct statistical reporting of the
PAMM Manager's performance.
